FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

How do I get started?

Create an account with your name, email address, and a password. You land straight in your own workspace on the free Solo plan, where you can add a brand and connect its social accounts. Switch to Agency from Billing whenever you need clients or teammates.

Which social networks can I publish to?

You can connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Pinterest, Bluesky, YouTube and TikTok today. A network is listed here only once it is open for new connections, and accounts are connected through each network’s own sign-in or app password.

How do approvals work?

Posts written by editors wait for an owner or admin to approve them, and you can ask for changes instead. For client sign-off, send a private review link: the client approves or requests changes without creating an account. A scheduled post is not published until it is approved.

What if a network rejects a post?

Each channel is tracked separately. Temporary problems are retried automatically. If a post still cannot go out, you get an email and an in-app alert with the reason the network gave, and you can retry it from Needs attention. Channels whose access has expired are listed there too, ready to reconnect.

What is the difference between Solo and Agency?

Solo is free and made for one person managing their own brands, with publishing, the media library, calendar, and inbox. Agency adds the Clients module for organising work by client, team member invitations, and role-based permissions. Agency is free for now too, with no card needed.

How is my data handled?

When you connect an account we store the access tokens the network issues, encrypted, and use them only to publish and to fetch results for you. You can disconnect a channel at any time. The Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages explain exactly what we keep and how to have it erased.
