When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). You may optionally provide a profile picture and company name.
Social Account Tokens
When you connect a social media account, we store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens provided by that platform. We use these solely to post content and retrieve analytics on your behalf.
Content You Create
Posts, captions, media files, and scheduling data that you create within Social Sync Agency are stored on our servers so we can publish them at your requested time.
Usage & Technical Data
We automatically collect log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and error reports to help us diagnose issues and improve the service.
2 How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate you and maintain your account session.
- Publish posts to your connected social accounts at scheduled times.
- Display analytics and performance data from connected platforms.
- Send transactional emails such as password resets and posting confirmations.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the platform.
- Improve and develop new features based on aggregate usage patterns.

OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon account disconnection or deletion.

9 Children's Privacy
